大红山铜矿降低通风系统进风风源温度的研究与应用

摘  要:矿井通风作为矿井安全生产的基本保证,降低井下空气温度,改善生产作业环境,是保障地下矿山井下作业人员正常作业及生命安全健康的重要手段。针对玉溪矿业有限公司大红山铜矿井下高温问题,在500水平B104线中部进风竖井进风联道内安装组合喷淋降温设施,实现自动喷淋降温作业,矿区进风风源空气温度由36.7℃降到26.3℃,降低10.4℃,空气温度明显下降,具有一定的推广作用。The mine ventilation shaft is the basic guarantee of mine safety production,so decreasing air temperature and improving of production operation environment is the important manner for guaranteeing normal operation and life safety and health of underground operators.Dahongshan copper underground mine of Yuxi Mining Industry Co.,Ltd.,has high-temperature problems,the combined sprinkler cooling facilities were installed inside the air-intake shaft and air intake junction in the medium part of the B104 line of 500 level,the automatic spraying cooling operation was realized,and the air temperature of the air intake resource of the mining lot decreased from 36.7℃to 26.3℃,the temperature is lowered by 10.4℃,the air temperature decreased obviously,it has a certain spreading function.
