摘 要:基于LS-DYNA软件,对预裂爆破的装药结构以及相关孔网参数进行优化。预裂孔的孔间距从原先的1.3 m调整为1.5 m,采用预裂孔齐发的起爆方式。一方面选用规格为Φ90 mm、3 000 g的2号岩石乳化炸药,将乳化炸药药卷沿着轴向中心线出剖开,一分为二使用。此时的径向不耦合装药系数从原先的1.33增加到了2.67;另一方面调整了预裂孔内各个装药段的距离,使得孔内炸药能量分布更为合理。最后将数值模拟的结果应用到实际生产中,在露天采场角岩岩性区域开展现场预裂爆破试验。半孔率达到了85%以上,坡顶的浮石很大程度上的减小,预裂爆破效果良好。The charge structure and the relative spacing pattern parameters of presplitting blasting were optimized based on LS-DYNA software.The hole spacing of the presplitting hole was adjusted from 1.3 m to 1.5 m,and the method that the presplitting holes exploded together was adopted.No.2 rock emulsion explosive with the specification ofΦ90 mm-3000 g was selected,and the explosive rolls were divided into two parts along with the axial centerline for use.The axial decoupling charge coefficient was increased from 1.33 to 2.67 at the current,and the charge section of the presplitting holes was adjusted,so the energy distribution of explosive material inside holes was more reasonable.Finally,the numerical modeling results were applied in actual production,the on-site presplitting blasting tests were developed on hornstone lithology area of the open-pit.The half porosity reached more than 85%,the pumice stone of the slope crest was reduced largely,and the presplitting blasting results were better.
