摘  要:基于全风定风温条件下“氧调控料、煤调控温”原理建立的定量化、模块化控制方法和流程应用于具体容积、原燃料条件高炉。结果表明:该技术可有效提升高炉三班操作的统一性和系统性,冶炼中每班经过(0~3)次调氧、(0~3)次调煤即可达到规定料速及铁水ω([Si])值的操控目标。调氧控料理论与实际料速偏差率仅为0.6%,调煤预控ω([Si])与实际偏差值仅为0.034个百分点;按料速计算日理论产量与实际偏差率为1.23%。Quantitative,modular control method and flow applied to blast furnace with specific volume and crude fuel,is established according to the"oxygen adjustment for material control,coal adjustment for temperature control"principle,based on air volume and constant blast temperature.The results show that the technology can effectively upgrade the uniformity and systematicness of operation of a blast furnace operated by three switches,every switch adjusts oxygen and coal 0~3 times to achieve the control aims of specified material speed and molten ironω([Si])value.The deviation of oxygen adjustment and material control theory and practical material speed is only 0.6%,the deviation of coal pre-controlω([Si])value and actual value is only 0.034%;the deviation of material speed calculation theoretical daily yield and the practical yield is 1.23%.
