摘  要:针对电解槽输料时超浓相系统辅助电耗高的问题,据分析出的主要原因,采取了减少运行风机数量的措施来降低辅助电耗。方案实施后四净化超浓相系统每月平均电耗由1.052 kW·h/t·Al降低0.684 kW·h/t·Al,达到了节本降耗的效果。四、五、六净化系统减少电费支出164 085.75元/a。The auxiliary power consumption of the super dense-phase system is high at conveying material period of the electrolytic cell,the auxiliary power consumption can be decreased by reducing the number of running fans.The average monthly power consumption of the fourth purification super dense-phase systems decreased from 1.052 kW·h/t·Al to 0.684 kW·h/t·Al after the implementation of measures,so that the results that cost saving and energy consumption can be reached.The electricity bill of the fourth,fifth,and sixth purification systems was decreased by¥164085.75 Yuan per year.
