摘　　要：在2 500 m3炼铁高炉喷吹烟煤、无烟煤基准配比保持含量90%、95%、97%不变的基础上,分别用10%、5%、3%的CDQ粉替代烟煤,制取混合煤样进行工业化试验,结果表明:CDQ粉混喷比例稳定在3%时,高炉运行稳定,平均日产量略增3.96 t/d,煤比降低2.64 kg/t,焦比升高1.33 kg/t,燃料比降低1.31 kg/t,高炉燃料成本降低了40元/t。The standard ratio of bituminous coal and anthracite content for 2500 m3 iron-smelting blast furnace remained at 90%,95%and 97%,the CDQ powder with different ratios of 10%,5%and 3%was used instead of bituminous coal,it was used to prepare coal samples for industry tests,test results show:when the CDQ powder mixed ratio stabilized at 3%,the blast furnace operated stably,the average daily yield increased by 3.96 t/d,the coal ratio decreased by 2.64 kg/t,the coke ratio increased by 1.33 kg/t,the fuel ratio decreased by 1.31 kg/t,blast furnace fuel cost decreased by￥40 yuan.
