摘 要:针对冶炼企业污染源自动监控数据分析、应用单一,难以将污染物排放与生产实际相结合的问题,创新性地建立分析模型,从四个维度对污染源自动监控数据进行多维、多方面的统计分析,模型应用于生产后,发现尾吸吸收率存在下降情况并通过实施一系列改进措施后,尾吸吸收率提高了4.05%,出口平均二氧化硫浓度下降了30.5%。For the automatic monitoring data of pollution sources,the analysis and application of the data are single,it is hard to combine of pollutant emission and production practices,a new analysis model was innovatively established,and the automatic monitoring data of pollution sources was carried out from four dimensions with multi-dimensional,various statistics and analysis,after the model is applied in production,it was found the tail absorption rate decreased,so a series of improvement approaches were carried out,then the tail absorption rate increased by 4.05%,and the average sulfur dioxide concentration at the outlet decreased by 30.5%.
