摘　　要：对阳极组装车间悬挂式输送机生产效率低、故障次数频繁的原因进行了分析,找到了该设备润滑不良、备件消耗量大、卡车及控制网络故障等主要原因,对油雾润滑器、载货小车后牵引钩及控制网络进行了改造,改后悬挂式输送机的易损备品件消耗量降低了75%,生产效率提升了33%。The overhead conveyor in the anode assembling workshop has low production efficiency,and frequency failure number,we analyzed the reasons and found out the main reasons for equipment poor lubrication,high consumption of spare parts,failure of cargo trolleys and control network,etc.so we improved the rear towing hook of cargo trolleys and control network,then the consumption volume of damageable spare parts of overhead conveyor decreased by 75%,the production efficiency increased by 33%.
