摘 要:为了探究微波、药剂对煤炭脱硫效果的影响,利用微波、药剂、微波+药剂联用三种脱硫方法。考察了药剂种类、微波时间、微波功率、固液比、药剂配比等因素对三种中高硫煤样脱硫效果的影响。结果表明:过氧乙酸是一种温和高效的脱硫药剂,微波最佳功率为300、500 W,最佳作用时间为75 s,煤样与过氧乙酸的最佳固液比为3∶60,在最佳脱硫参数条件下,海勃湾煤、苏海图煤、金鸡台煤降硫率分别为73.3%、62.4%、40.8%,三种脱硫方法的降硫率由高到低依次为微波+药剂联用、药剂、微波;苏海图、海勃湾、金鸡台煤样在微波作用时间分别大于等于45、60、15 s时,微波+药剂联用的降硫率大于微波、药剂降硫率之和,体现出协同作用;形态硫分析显示,三种脱硫方法主要脱除的是硫铁矿硫,试样的粒度对药剂脱硫有一定影响。This paper describes an exploration of the effects of microwave and medicaments on coal desulfurization by the tests of three types of medium and high sulfur coals.The study investigates the effects of factors including medicament type,microwave time,microwave power,solid liquid ratio,and reagent ratio on desulfurization efficiency by using the three desulfurization methods with microwave,medicament,and microwave medicament combination.The research results show that peracetic acid is a mild and efficient desulfurization agent with the optimal microwave power by 300,500 W,the optimal action time at 75 s,and the optimal solid-liquid ratio of coal sample to peracetic acid by 3∶60.Under the optimal desulfurization parameters,the sulfur reduction rates of Haibowan coal,Suhaitu coal,and Jinjitai coal are 73.3%,62.4%,40.8%,respectively.The order of sulfur reduction rate from high to low by using the three desulfurization methods is microwave medicament combination,medicament,microwave;The coal samples from Suhaitu,Haibowan,and Jinjitai treated with microwave for or over 45,60,15 s,respectively,the sulfur reduction rate of the combination of microwave and medicament is greater than the sum of microwave and medicament sulfur reduction,which indicating a synergistic effect;The analysis of sulfur speciation shows that the three desulfurization methods mainly remove pyrite sulfur,and the particle size of the sample has a certain impact on the desulfurization of the medicaments.
