摘 要:为了探究褶皱构造区大采高工作面采动过程中覆岩破断及矿压显现规律,以补连塔煤矿12514综采工作面为背景,三维相似模拟为基础,设计了裂隙-应力-位移监测一体的三维相似模拟试验台,分析褶皱构造区的沉降系数,利用三维钻孔电视成像仪观测其内部裂隙发育情况,并分析褶皱区应力分布情况。研究结果表明:非褶皱构造区支承压力峰值较俯采过褶皱、仰采过褶皱构造分别降低了10.21%、23.6%;当工作面仰采过褶皱时,顶板承受的压力比俯采过褶皱时更大,因此顶板的裂隙也更加明显,同时两侧帮板和顶、底板的破坏情况也更加严重;垂直应力相同时即使扰动很小,也有可能导致顶板发生破裂或断裂。This paper presents an investigation of the laws behind overlying strata and mine pressure behavior in mining in large height mining face of folded structure area.The study building on 12514 fully mechanized mining face of Bulianta coal mine as the background,based on the three-dimensional similarity simulation,involves designing a three-dimensional similarity simulation test bench integrating crack-stress-displacement monitor,analyzing the settlement coefficient of the folded structure area,observing the development of internal cracks by using a three-dimensional drilling television imaging instrument,and analyzing the stress distribution in the folded area.The research results show that compared to the folded structures of downward mining and upward mining,the peak support pressure in non folded structural areas is reduced by 10.21%,23.6%,respectively;When the working face is folded during upward mining,the pressure on the roof is greater than that during downward mining,with more obvious cracks in roof and more severe damages to the side panels,top and bottom plates;Even if the same vertical stress with small disturbance,it may cause the roof to rupture or fracture.
