摘 要:针对已有折线先张法张拉台座所存在的设计缺陷与耗材严重等问题,结合在建某特大桥引桥预制工字梁施工,设计了一套改进的适用于折线先张法预制工字梁的新型张拉台座——桩板式张拉台座,研究其张拉端结构,通过有限元软件Midas FEA NX建立桩板式张拉台座张拉端结构模型,分析了其在预制张拉过程中的受力及变形情况,设计了桩板式张拉台座张拉端与抗拔桩焊接结构。结果表明,给出的桩板式张拉台座张拉端各杆件承载力,以及变形均满足现场施工及规范设计要求。This paper aims to address the design defects and severe consumables of the existing tensioning pedestal with fold-line pre-tension method.Combined with the construction of prefabricated I-beam of the approach bridge of a super-large bridge in construction,the study presents an improved new tensioning pedestal-pile plate tensioning pedestal suitable for the prefabricated I-beam of the fold-line pre-tensioned method,which involves studying its tensioning end structure;performing a structural model of the tension end in the pile plate tension platform by finite element software Midas FEA NX;analyzing its stress and deformation in the process of precast tension;and designing a tension end of the pile plate tension platform and a welding part of the uplift pile.The calculation results show that the proposed bearing capacity and deformation of each end at the tension end of the pile-plate tension pedestal can meet the requirements of field construction and standard design.
