摘　　要：本文通过问卷调查和重点访谈,了解了地方高校毕业生的返乡就业意愿和心理状态。结果发现毕业生返乡就业的主观动力充足,但返乡就业心理期望较高且就业压力和就业焦虑并存。因此为鼓励地方高校毕业生返乡就业,分别从地方政府、地方高校和毕业生本人三个方面提出了相应的意见建议。This paper investigated the willingness to return to rural employment and psychological state of local college graduates by questionnaire and interviews.The results showed that the subjective motivation of the graduates was sufficient,but the psychological expectation was high and the employment pressure and employment anxiety coexisted.Therefore,in order to promote the return of local college graduates to their hometowns for employment,corresponding opinions and suggestions have been put forward from three aspects:local governments,colleges and universities,and graduates.
