300 MW机组低温省煤器联合暖风器运行影响探究

摘  要:针对某电厂2×300 MW CFB循环流化床机组进行低温省煤器联合暖风器改造的实际运行状况,分别从锅炉侧和汽机侧探究了低温省煤器+暖风器对电厂改造前后经济运行的影响。数据分析结果表明,低温省煤器+暖风器对于锅炉侧影响较小,只是提高空预器的出口温度,减轻空预器的低温腐蚀;对于汽机侧影响较大,计算得出负荷越高、低温省煤器循环水进入汽机侧越多,降低供电煤耗越大;从经济运行上看,该机组在平均负荷230 MW、运行时间5000 h的情况下,每年可节约标煤2805 t,在煤价持续高位运行的情况下,在经济方面具有重要意义。Aiming at the actual operation status of the 2×300 MW CFB circulating fluidized bed unit of a certain power plant undergoing low temperature economizer combined with heater renovation,and the impact of low temperature economizer combined with heater on the economic operation of the power plant before and after renovation was explored from the boiler and turbine sides,respectively.The data analysis results indicate that the low-temperature economizer+air heater had little impact on the boiler side,only increasing the outlet temperature of the air preheater and reducing low-temperature corrosion of the air preheater.For the steam turbine side,the impact is significant.According to calculations,the higher the load,the more circulating water from the low temperature economizer enters the steam turbine side,and the greater the reduction in power supply coal consumption.From an economic perspective,the unit can save 2805 tons of standard coal per year under an average load of 230 MW and an operating time of 5000 hours.The economic effect is obvious,and it is of great significance in terms of economy when the coal price continues to be high.
