摘 要:为解决晋煤集团某矿综采工作面间留小煤柱沿空掘巷而导致的掘进成本高、采掘接替紧张、材料消耗大、作业成本高及系统复杂等问题,采用理论分析和现场实践方法,并结合切顶卸压技术对XV2301运输巷进行了沿空留巷无煤柱开采设计与实践,分析了双向聚能张拉成型爆破切缝机理,给出了切缝高度、切缝角度、切缝孔间距及布置方式等定向预裂爆破切缝关键参数,提出了切顶卸压沿空留巷巷旁支护方式,将巷内支护区分为3个不同区域,分别选用对应的支护模式。现场测试数据表明,滞后工作面190 m后,巷道表面变形、离层和锚索受力情况基本稳定,切顶卸压无煤柱开采技术在XV 2301工作面现场实践中取得了良好的效果。To solve the problems of high excavation cost,tight mining replacement,high material consumption,high operating cost,and complex system caused by leaving small coal pillars along the gob-side entry retaining in a fully-mechanized mining face of a certain mine in Jinmei Group,theoretical analysis and on-site practice methods were adopted,combined with top cutting and pressure relief technology,to design and practice the non pillar mining of the XV2301 transportation entry along the goaf without coal pillars and analyzed the cutting mechanism of blasting technolog of biderctional energy-accumulating tension forming,provided key parameters such as cutting height,cutting angle,cutting hole spacing,and layout method for directional pre-splitting blasting cutting,and proposed roadway side support method for gob-side entry retaining in cutting roof pressure relief.The roadway support was divided into three different areas and corresponding support modes were selected.The on-site test data shows that after a delay of 190 meters in the working face,the deformation,separation,and anchor cable stress on the surface of the roadway are basically stable.The top cutting pressure relief non pillar mining technology has achieved good results in XV 2301 working face.
