越老两党加强党的理论和实践研究合作

摘　　要：越南共产党和老挝人民革命党都十分重视党的理论与实践的研究,并注重加强在该领域开展双边合作,这使得越老两党两国在革新开放、社会主义方向的市场经济等路线政策上有较高的趋同度。近年来,越老两党持续深化在党的理论研究与实践总结方面的合作,双方建立了中央和地方部门定期会晤、老挝高层领导干部赴越参加理论研修、两党中央理论委员会和国家政治学院之间协同帮扶等合作机制,取得了诸多合作成果。对于未来党的理论与实践研究,越老双方确定了加强对重大业务的指导、发展壮大科研队伍力量、优化研究机构协作机制三大方针,决定由两党中央指导开展经常性的理论和实践互动、重大模糊问题的厘清工作,同时加强胡志明思想和凯山•丰威汉思想的研究和运用,统筹规划好两党之间的社科研究项目,加强两国社会科学院等机构之间的合作力度。Both the Communist Party of Vietnam(CPV)and the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party(LPRP)have attached great importance to the study of party theory and practice and focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation in this field.This has led to a high degree of convergence between the two parties in Vietnam and Laos on reform and opening up,socialist-oriented market economy and other policies.In recent years,the two parties in Vietnam and Laos have continued to deepen cooperation in theoretical research and practical summaries of the party.The two parties have established regular meetings between central and local departments and senior Lao leaders have been to Vietnam for theoretical training.The Central Theoretical Committee of the two parties and the National Political Academy Cooperation mechanisms such as collaborative assistance have achieved many cooperative results.Regarding the future theoretical and practical research of the parties,Vietnam and Laos have reached consensus on three major policies:strengthening guidance on major business,developing and strengthening scientific research teams,and optimizing the collaboration mechanism of research institutions.They have decided to carry out regular theoretical and practical interactions under the guidance of the central committees of the two parties,make clarification of major ambiguous issues,while strengthening the research and application of Ho Chi Minh Thought and Kessan Phongvihan Thought,coordinating and planning social science research projects between the two parties,and strengthening cooperation between the two countries’academies of social sciences and other institutions.
