摘　　要：随着社会的进步,科技成果转化相关理论越来越成熟,高校科技成果转化的作用也越来越重要,国家出台了一系列激励高校开展科技成果转化的政策。但高校科技成果转化还存在体制机制不完善、环境不成熟、意愿不强烈、成果社会性不足、平台不成体系、队伍不健全等问题。高校可以通过完善高校科技成果转化体制机制、优化转化环境、激发转化热情、提升成果社会性、搭建转化平台、配齐转化队伍等途径来提升科技成果转化能力。With the progress of society,the theories related to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements have become more and more mature,and the role of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities has become increasingly important.The country has issued a series of policies to encourage colleges and universities to carry out the transformation.However,there are still some problems in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities,such as imperfect system and mechanism,immature environment,weak transformation will,insufficient sociality of achievements,unsystematic platform and unsound team.The ability to transform scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities can be enhanced by improving the transformation system and mechanism of scientific and technological achievements,optimizing the transformation environment,stimulating the enthusiasm for transformation,improving the sociality of achievements,building transformation platforms,and reinforcing transformation teams.
