摘　　要：心理健康已成为现代健康概念中一个不可或缺的关键要素。中国高校心理健康教育发展面临着不充分不均衡的困境,无法满足大学生日益增长的心理服务需求。“互联网+”为高校心理健康教育提供了创新机遇,推动传统教育模式优化升级转型。互联网技术与心理健康教育有机融合,需从教育理念、平台建设、课程体系、心理咨询、危机干预、师资队伍等方面优化心理健康教育的实施路径,为学生提供高质量的心理服务。Psychological health has become an indispensable key element in modern health concepts.Currently,the development of Psychological Health Education(PHE)in universities in China is insufficient and unbalanced,which cannot meet students'increasing demands for high-quality psychological health services.The era of Internet plus offers innovation opportunities for PHE in colleges and universities to improve,upgrade and transform the traditional education models.The organic integration of Internet technology and psychological health education requires optimizing the implementation path of psychological health education from aspects such as educational philosophy,platform construction,curriculum system,psychological counseling,crisis intervention,and teaching staff,so that we can provide high-quality psychological services for students.
