新时代中国共产党国际形象的价值意蕴、多维呈现与提升路径

摘　　要：中国共产党的国际形象与中国的国际形象高度重叠,是国际社会对中国共产党的执政理念、政治主张、精神风貌和行为活动等所形成的整体性评价和综合性认知。新时代提升中国共产党的国际形象是应对西方话语霸权的必然选择、是宣介中国智慧方案的现实需要、是彰显中国国家形象的重要举措。中国共产党的国际形象包括以人为本、执政为民的人民公仆形象;独立自主、开拓创新的时代先锋形象;勇担使命、奋发有为的民族脊梁形象;胸怀天下、立己达人的世界大党形象。新时代中国共产党国际形象的提升路径主要有重视自我建构,优化形象自塑;讲好中国故事,提升形象认知;发出中国声音,推动形象传播;阐释中国理念,增强形象认同。The international image of the Communist Party of China(CPC)highly overlaps with that of China,and it is the holistic evaluation and comprehensive cognition of the international community on the CPC s philosophy of governance,political advocates,spiritual style,and behaviors and activities.In the new era,enhancing the international image of the CPC is the inevitable choice to tussle with the hegemony of the Western discourse,the practical need to advocate the programs with China s wisdom and an important measure to highlight China s national image.The international image of the CPC is composed of the image of the people s servant who puts people first and governs for the people,the image of the era s vanguard who is independent and innovative,the image of the national backbone who is courageous in taking up the mission and working with vigour,and the image of the world s great party which is open to the whole world and makes itself known to the others.In the new era,the ways to enhance the international image of the CPC include focusing on self-construction and optimizing image self-shaping,telling Chinese stories well and enhancing the recognition of its image,producing Chinese voices and promoting the dissemination of its image,and expounding the concepts and notions of China and enhancing the identification of its image.
