摘　　要：以2006-2018年11个沿海省份海洋部门和国民经济发展数据情况为依据,运用改进的菲德两部门模型对11个沿海省份海洋经济对陆域经济的溢出效应进行实证分析。结果显示:各省份海洋经济对陆域经济增长所产生的溢出效应差异较大,在通过显著性水平的情况下,辽宁省海洋经济溢出效应最为明显,江苏省海洋经济溢出效应最小;三大区域的海洋经济对陆域经济溢出效应均为正,排序为:环渤海>珠三角>长三角;海洋部门边际生产力均低于陆域部门。基于此,提出了如何更好发挥海洋经济溢出效应来促进海洋经济可持续发展的对策建议,从而为海洋部门未来发展相关政策制定提供借鉴与参考。With the continuous improvement of the world economic and technological development level,human beings'long-term over exploitation of land resources has led to resource depletion,energy crisis,environmental deterioration,frequent eco-environmental problems,and increasing pressure on land resources,energy and space.Since entering the 21st century,marine economy has become an important growth point of national and coastal economy,and its interactive relationship with land economy has attracted much attention.Firstly,the ocean is a valuable space carrier for human survival,life and development;Second,the ocean is the main transport artery for the smooth progress of international trade;Third,the ocean is an important place and a treasure house of potential resources for implementing and ensuring the global sustainable development strategy;Finally,the ocean is also a key natural tool to effectively regulate the climate and environment of human earth home.The driving effect of marine economic development on economic development is different in its location,impact focus,impact degree and many other aspects.The impact of marine economic development is not only a direct driving effect,but also some indirect driving effects.The study of the spillover effect of marine economy on land economy has extremely important theoretical and far-reaching practical significance.Based on the marine industry and national economic development data of 11 coastal provinces and cities from 2006 to 2018,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the spillover effect of marine economy on land economy in 11 coastal provinces and cities by using the improved Feder two sector model.The results show that there are great differences in the spillover effects of marine economy on land economic growth in various provinces and cities.When the significance level passes,the marine economic spillover effect of Liaoning Province is the most obvious,and the marine economic spillover effect of Jiangsu Province is the smallest;The spillover effect of marine ec
