青岛构建现代海洋产业体系的若干思考

摘　　要：海洋是青岛最大的特色、潜力和优势所在。聚焦新时代青岛经略海洋重大使命,积极对标国际知名海洋城市的发展经验和国内部分沿海城市的先进做法,深入分析研究青岛海洋经济的发展优势和短板不足,立足青岛自身特色和区域特性,提出以打造具有竞争力的现代海洋产业中心,推动构建“四大优势产业、三大新兴产业和两大未来产业”的现代海洋产业体系的发展思路,为新时代青岛经略海洋、推动引领型现代海洋城市建设提出针对性建议。The ocean is the greatest feature,potential and advantage of Qingdao.Focusing on Qingdao's major mission of exploring and managing the ocean in the new era,this paper actively benchmarking the development experience of internationally renowned Marine cities and the advanced practices of some domestic coastal cities,in-depth analysis and research on the development advantages and shortcomings of Qingdao's Marine economy,based on its own characteristics and regional characteristics,and proposing to build a competitive modern Marine industry center.Promote the development of a modern Marine industry system of“four advantageous industries,three emerging industries and two future industries”,and put forward targeted suggestions for Qingdao to manage the ocean and promote the construction of a leading modern Marine city in the new era.
