摘 要:为实现汽车零部件对压铸铝合金导电性、强度、成型性和低成本的需求,以Al-Fe系合金为基础,研究了Fe含量对压铸铝合金导电率和机械性能的影响,进行了微观组织分析和高温性能稳定性验证,并探究了热处理工艺的影响。结果表明,Al-(0.25%~3.0%)Fe-0.02%B(质量分数)合金具有良好的压铸成型性,添加Fe可显著提升合金的强度且不造成导电率的大幅下降,Fe含量从0.25%增加到3.0%(质量分数)后,抗拉强度增加130%,导电率仅下降17%。在高温工况下,材料导电率和抗拉强度仅略微下降,表现出较好的高温稳定性。时效处理后导电率提升约1.4%IACS,强度提升约7 MPa。Al-Fe系合金是适合开发兼具高导电、中强度、低成本、可压铸等特点的合金体系。In response to the current technical problem of balancing electrical conductivity,mechanical properties,cost and die-casting fluidity of cast aluminum alloys,a novel Al-Fe alloy was investigated with gradient Fe contents to maximize mechanical properties while maintaining a high electrical conductivity.The microstructure,high-temperature stability and different heat treatment processes were also examined.The results suggest that Al-(0.25%~3.0%)Fe-0.02%B(mass fraction)alloys exhibit good casting fluidity.Adding Fe could significantly improve the mechanical properties but slightly lower the electrical conductivity,as the strength increases by 130%,but the electrical conductivity decreases by 17%when the Fe content varies from 0.25%to 3.0%.The electrical conductivity and mechanical strength both slightly decrease in a high-temperature environment with decent stability.Aging treatment slightly improves both the electrical conductivity and strength by approximately 1.4%IACS and 7 MPa,respectively.The Al-Fe alloy should be a promising candidate for a high conductivity,middle strength,low-cost die-casting material.
