‘串枝红’ב凯特’F1代果实经济性状遗传分析

摘　　要：以230株‘串枝红’ב凯特’杂交F1代株系为试验材料,对16个果实经济性状开展遗传分析。结果表明,可溶性固形物含量呈趋中变异,遗传传递力为109.02%;果实发育期呈趋中遗传趋势,变异系数5.81%,遗传传递力102.36%;果肉硬度呈偏低的遗传趋势,变异系数19.21%,遗传传递力为77.01%;F1代群体株系果形以卵圆形为主,更容易遗传母本果形;果顶形状表现为父本遗传优势;F1代群体所有株系果皮底色均为绿黄色,呈偏父遗传趋势;果肉颜色呈偏淡的遗传趋势,且父本的果肉颜色更容易遗传给子代株系。In this study,the progenies of‘Chuanzhihong’בKaty’crossing combination were used as materials.The phenotypes of 16 fruit economic characters were investigated to analyze the inheritance tendencies.The results showed that the soluble solid content showed a moderate variation,with a genetic transmitting ability of 109.02%;The coefficient of variation for the Growing days is 5.81%,and the genetic transmitting ability is 102.36%;The genetic trend of fruit hardness is low-parent,the coefficient of variation is 19.21%,and the genetic transmitting ability is 77.01%;The F1 generation population mainly be oval fruit shape;The shape of the fruit apex is characterized by a genetic advantage of the male parent;The ground color of all F1 generation were green-yellow,There was a tendency of paternity inheritance.The genetic tendency of flesh color was lighter,and the flesh color of the male parent is more easily entail to the offspring.
