摘 要:针对传统恒定导通时间控制的临界Boost-PFC电路存在明显交越失真的现象,导致网侧特性较差的问题,提出了3种简化的变导通时间(VOT)控制策略。对所提3种VOT控制策略进行详细的对比分析,最后进行计算机仿真和200 W样机实验验证。计算机仿真和实验结果均表明,所提3种VOT控制策略均能有效改善电路的网侧特性,并能提高电路的效率。Aiming at the problem of poor line characteristics of the critical Boost-PFC circuit with traditional constant on-time control for the obvious crossover distortion,three simplified variable on-time(VOT)control strategies were proposed to improve the line characteristics of the circuit.The three kinds of VOT control strategies were compared and analyzed in detail.Finally,the computer simulation and 200 W prototype experiment were carried out.The computer simulation and experimental results show that the proposed three VOT control strategies can effectively improve the grid-side characteristics of the circuit and the efficiency of the circuit.
