摘　　要：L-精氨酸作为一氧化氮、多胺和其他具有巨大生物学意义的分子的前体,在营养和代谢中发挥着多种关键作用。对于某些疾病,L-精氨酸是关键的调节因素。通过代谢产生一氧化氮、鸟氨酸等多种下游产物,L-精氨酸有益于改善心血管内皮和免疫功能,对肿瘤生长也有调节作用,在新冠肺炎的感染治疗中也能发挥良好效应。L-精氨酸在许多常见健康问题方面都能发挥独特的治疗作用,在疾病的临床治疗上也有广泛的应用前景。L-arginine,as a precursor of nitric oxide,polyamines and other molecules with enormous biological significance,plays versatile key roles in nutrition and metabolism.It is the key regulatory factor under some disease conditions.L-arginine administration is beneficial to improving cardiovascular endothelial and immune functions via its downstream products such as nitric oxide and ornithine.It also has a regulatory effect on tumor growth and COVID-19 infection according to recent researches.L-arginine has a unique role in the treatment of many common health problems,and also has a broad application prospect in the clinical treatment of diseases.
