摘　　要：高增益DC-DC变换器正越来越多地应用于太阳能光伏或其他可再生能源发电系统。良好的稳态和动态性能以及更高的电压增益,是为上述应用选取变换器的先决条件。为此,提出一种改进的Cuk变换器。首先,详细阐述了该新型变换器的拓扑结构与工作原理;然后,讨论了功率开关和二极管的电压应力,对其电路参数进行了设计,并在此基础上,将所提变换器与其他类似变换器在理想电压增益上进行了对比;最后,采用Matlab软件建立了系统仿真模型,并研制了试验样机,仿真和试验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。所提变换器电路结构简单,具有连续的输入和输出电流,输入电流的纹波相对较低,连续的输出电流降低了负载端电容上的电流应力。此外,该变换器输出电压纹波小,开关管和二极管间的电压应力很小。输入电流连续是DC-DC变换器的一个理想特性,所提变换器非常适合太阳能光伏应用。High gain DC-DC converters are increasingly being used in solar PV and other renewable generation systems.Satisfactory steady-state and dynamic performance,along with higher voltage gain,are pre-requirements for selecting the converter for these applications.For this reason,an improved Cuk converter is proposed.Firstly,the circuit topology and the working principle of the new converter are described in detail.Then,the voltage stress of power switch and diode is discussed,and its circuit parameters are designed.On this basis,the proposed converter is compared with other similar converters in ideal voltage gain.Finally,the system simulation model is established by Matlab,and the experimental prototype is developed.The simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.The circuit structure of the proposed converter is simple,with continuous input and output currents,the ripple of the input current is relatively low,and the continuous output current reduces the current stress on the capacitance at the load end.In addition,the output voltage ripple of the converter is small,and the voltage stress between the switch and the diode is very small.Continuous input current is an ideal characteristic of DC-DC converter,which makes it very suitable for solar photovoltaic applications.
