足球后备人才培养视角下校园足球师资培训体系在体教融合进程中的建设研究

摘　　要：推动学校体育教育改革、夯实足球后备人才根基是校园足球师资高质量发展的时代使命。在体教融合进程中,借用路线图方法的分析思路,围绕师资培训的对象与范围、需求与目标、任务与指标、实现路径、资源与保障5个维度系统分析校园足球师资培训体系建设。研究认为,培训高质量的校园足球师资队伍满足校园足球发展需要是师资培训体系建设的需求与目标,并由协同系统、治理系统、服务系统、评价系统4个部分构成。同时,提出我国校园足球师资培训体系建设路径应实施协同部门职能、拓宽培训模式、培育核心素养、制定培训标准等四大策略,并从政策法规、经费投入和信息技术3个方面来保障路径实施,以建成体制健全、运转高效的师资培训体系,推动师资队伍建设,助力青少年足球后备人才培养,实现校园足球可持续发展。Promoting the reform of school physical education and consolidating the foundation of football reserve talents is the mission of the times for the high-quality development of campus football teachers.In the process of the integration of sports and education,the paper analyzes the construction of campus football teacher training system by using the roadmap method from five dimensions:object and scope,demand and goal,task and target,realization path,resources and guarantee.The research believes that training high-quality campus football teachers to meet the needs of campus football development is the demand and goal of teacher training system construction,and coordination system,governance system,service system and evaluation system constitute the core task of teacher training system construction.It is proposed that the construction path of China’s campus football teacher training system should implement four strategies,including coordinating departmental functions,broadening training mode,cultivating core qualities and formulating training standards,and ensuring the implementation of the path from three aspects:policies and regulations,funding investment and information technology,so as to build a sound and efficient teacher training system to promote the construction of teachers,help youth football reserve talent training,and realize the sustainable development of campus football.
