第十四届全运会江苏网球混合双打夺冠案例分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料法和个案分析法,对第十四届全运会江苏网球混合双打夺冠案例进行分析与研究。研究认为:备战筹划是运动员夺冠的全面保障,针对性技战术训练内容是运动员夺冠的技术保障,围绕体能多学科配合是老运动员夺冠的体能保障,针对性临场指导结合心理训练是运动员夺冠的心理保障。研究从此4个方面进行论述,由此讨论了影响网球双打选手大赛备战致胜的关键因素,为今后网球双打训练和备战参赛提供参考依据。This research used literature analysis and case study to discuss the champion case of Jiangsu Province Team winning mix double game in 14th National Games.The results are the following four key points:a good programming is the foremost important factor of winning;a special designed technique and tactics training is the technique factor of winning;a scientific team working together to help the athletes get good physical ability is another winning factor;and mental training combining with good coaching on court is a psychological factor of winning.According to the results,the researcher give advice for preparation of important tournaments of tennis sport double game.
