摘　　要：以歙县徽州古城墙文化遗产保护为例研究城市文化遗产保护与利用过程中存在的问题,进一步对歙县徽州古城墙价值进行评估,对徽州地域文化进行梳理,揭示徽州古城墙保护利用的真正价值。规划在做好城墙文化遗产本体保护工作研究的基础上,结合城市更新发展需求与中国明清城墙申遗的要求,将徽州古城墙保护利用、徽州文明内涵阐释与城市内涵式更新发展相结合,积极探索城市文化遗产在城市更新发展中保护利用的新思路。Taking the protection of the cultural heritage of Huizhou Ancient City Walls in Shexian County as an example,this paper studies the problems existing in urban cultural heritage protection and utilization.The value of Huizhou Ancient City Walls is further evaluated.The combing of the regional culture of Huizhou reveals the true value of protection and utilization of Huizhou Ancient City Walls.On the basis of the research on the protection of the cultural heritage of the city walls,together with the needs of urban renewal and development,as well as the requirements of China's Ming and Qing Dynasty city walls applying for the world culture heritage status,the plan combines the protection and utilization of the Huizhou Ancient City Walls,the interpretation of the connotation of Huizhou civilization,with the urban connotation renewal and development,actively exploring the new ideas for the protection and utilization of urban cultural heritage in urban renewal and development.
