核心价值观偏移滋生腐败的思想根治与教育引导

摘　　要：腐败是危害社会和谐稳定的毒瘤,反腐倡廉是社会主义核心价值观的内在需求,社会主义核心价值观为反腐注入强大的精神动力,社会主义核心价值观偏移是滋生腐败的思想根源。应从立足核心价值观教育,筑牢拒腐防变思想之堤;促进核心价值观文化认同,创建健康、有序的社会文化环境;重视核心价值观教育引导,推动核心价值观践行;加大法治建设力度,有效防范与遏制腐败现象滋生蔓延等四个方面强化防范与教育引导。Corruption is a cancer that harms social harmony and stability.Fighting corruption and building a clean government is the internal demand of socialist core values.The socialist core values inject strong spiritual power into anti-corruption,and the deviation of socialist core values is the ideological root of corruption.Strengthening prevention and educational guidance can be done from the following four aspects:based on the education of core values,the idea of resisting corruption and preventing degeneration should be strengthened;the cultural identity of core values should be promoted,creating a healthy and orderly social and cultural environment;the education and guidance of core values should be valued,strengthening the practice of core values;and the construction of the rule of law should be strengthened,effectively preventing and curbing the breeding and spread of corruption.
