摘 要:大冶铁矿原矿中硫含量高达2.2%且含难处理的磁黄铁矿,导致选厂铁精矿硫含量超过0.4%。基于现场先浮选后磁选的原则流程,通过磨矿细度试验以及高效分散剂、活化剂筛选,成功强化了铜硫混合浮选阶段含磁黄铁矿在内的硫化物浮选效果,最终得到铁品位67.24%,硫含量0.18%的优质铁精矿,研究结果为大冶铁矿实现铁精矿降硫提供了有益借鉴。The raw ore of Daye Iron Mine has a sulfur content as high as 2.2%and refractory pyrrhotite in it,resulting in the sulfur content of iron ore concentrate from the processing plant exceeding 0.4%.Based on the on-site flotation followed by magnetic separation principal flowsheet,flotation performance of the sulfides including pyrrhotite in the Cu-S bulk flotation stage was successfully enhanced via grinding test as well as screening of effective dispersants and activators.Finally,a high quality iron ore concentrate with a Fe grade of 67.24%,and a sulfur content of 0.18%was obtained and the results from this study provided a valuable reference for achieving the reduction of sulfur content of iron ore concentrate at Daye Iron Mine.
