摘 要:新能源电动汽车的电机温升是设计过程中必须权衡的重要指标,通过三维软件对电机温升进行仿真时,仿真结果与实际温升存在一定的偏差,主要是由于工艺偏差、物性参数偏差、仿真模型简化等原因。结合实验温升对仿真模型参数进行标定和补充,最终确定了与一定生产工艺相对应的热阻参数的标定方法,额定结温预测误差7%以内。The temperature rise of the motor of new energy electric vehicles is an important index that must be weighed in the design process.When the temperature rise of the motor is simulated by three-dimensional software,there is a certain deviation between the simulation results and the actual temperature rise,which is mainly due to the deviation of the process,the deviation of the physical parameter,and the simplification of the simulation model,etc.The temperature rise of the water-cooled motor is mainly due to the temperature rise of the water-cooled motor.In this paper,the simulation model parameters are calibrated and supplemented with the experimental temperature rise,and the calibration method of the thermal resistance parameters corresponding to a certain production process is finally determined,and the rated junction temperature prediction error is within 7%.
