摘 要:为进一步提升氮气的制备效率、降低制备成本,在对深冷法精馏分离制氮工艺简答概述的基础上,根据该制氮工艺的要求重点完成了空气压缩机(包括空压机和氮压机)和冷冻机的选型设计;根据制氮成套各设备的运行能耗对其进行节能控制。通过实践表明,重新设计其优化控制后,可直接节约电能3%。In order to further improve the nitrogen preparation efficiency and reduce the preparation cost,based on the brief overview of the nitrogen production process by deep-cooling distllation and separation,the selection and design of air compressor(including air compressor and nitrogen compressor)and freezer are completed according to the requirements of this nitrogen production process secondly,energy-saving control is carried out according to the operation energy consumption of each equipment of the complete set of nitrogen production.Through practice,it shows that after re-designing the complete set and its optimized control,it can directly save 3%of electric energy.
