摘 要:在概述某煤业公司防跑车装置应用现状的基础上,对防跑车装置作用原理及传统常开式防跑车装置弊端展开深度分析,提出煤矿斜井机械常开式混合挡车器防跑车装置设计思路,并对该设计包括的主要装置、结构、作用原理、设置间距等展开探讨。应用效果表明,该装置比传统常开式防跑车装置节省安装运行成本,防跑车拦截率可达到100%,具有推广应用价值。On the basis of overview of the current situation of the application of anti-running car device in a coal company,in-depth analysis of the functioning principle of the anti-running car device and the drawbacks of the traditional normally-open anti-running car device was carried out,and the design idea of the anti-running car device of mechanical normally-open hybrid blocker for inclined shafts of coal mines was put forward,and the design included the main devices,structure,functioning principle,setting spacing and so on were explored.The application effect shows that this device saves installation and operation cost than the traditional normally-open anti-running-car device,and the anti-running-car interception rate can reach 100%,which has the value of popularisation and application.
