摘　　要：刮板输送机是当今洗煤厂的重要大型设备,在洗煤过程中发生事故,会造成煤炭运输不到地面,对洗煤生产造成一定的影响。通过对刮板输送机中部槽研究现状的叙述,分析了中部槽磨损的主要影响因素,并且提出了中部槽的结构优化方案,对中部槽的磨损有一定的改进意义,为洗煤提供了一个相对稳定的生产环境。Scraper conveyor is an important large-scale equipment in today's coal washing plant,and accidents occurring in the process of coal washing will cause coal transport not to be able to reach the ground,which will have a certain impact on coal washing production.Through the description of the research status of the central trough of the scraper conveyor,the main influencing factors of the wear of the central trough are analysed,and the structural optimization scheme of the central trough is proposed,which has certain significance for the improvement of the wear of the central trough and provides a relatively stable production environment for coal washing.
