摘  要:针对镇城底选煤厂原煤内细粒煤泥含量高而造成分选效率低下、介耗大的问题,对选煤厂分选系统实施了介质分流箱改造、叠层高频振动细筛增加、介质回收系统改善等技术改造。结果表明,选煤厂入选的原煤煤质存在较大差异,所采用的分选工艺必须对不同煤质原煤具有普遍适用性和一定灵活性,结合生产实际对分选工艺系统进行改进后,精煤产率显著提升,企业综合经济效益也得以保证。Aiming at the problem of low sorting efficiency and high media consumption caused by the high content of fine-grained coal slurry in the raw coal of Zhenchengdi Coal Preparation Plant,the sorting system of the plant has carried out technological reforms such as media diversion box modification,increase of stacked high-frequency vibrating fine screen,and improvement of media recycling system,etc.The results show that the quality of the raw coal fed into the plant has been improved by the improvement of technology.The results show that there are large differences in the coal quality of the raw coal selected in the coal preparation plant,the sorting process used must have universal applicability and a certain degree oflexibility for different coal quality raw coal,combined with the production of the actual sorting process system improvement,the refined coal yield significantly increased,the enterprise's comprehensive economic benefits can be ensured.
