摘  要:针对长春兴煤矿601工作面过断层区时煤层倾角变化大,导致ZF13000/25/38型液压支架出现倒架现象,严重制约着工作面安全高效推进的问题,长春兴煤矿对倾角区域液压支架下滑原因进行分析,并对传统防倒架装置进行优化改进。实际应用效果表明,优化改进后的防倒架装置大大提高了支架稳定性,控制了防倒现象,取得了显著应用成效。Aiming at the problem of large change of coal bed inclination angle when the working face of Changchunxing mine 601 crosses the fault zone,which leads to the inverted rack phenomenon of the hydraulic support of zZF13000/25/38 type,and seriously restricts the safe and efficient advancement of the working face,Changchunxing mine analyzes the reasons for the downward movement of the hydraulic support in the area of inclination angle,and optimizes and improves the traditional anti-inverted racking device.The actual application effect shows that the optimized and improved anti-fall bracket device greatly improves the stability of the bracket,controls the anti-fall phenomenon,and has achieved remarkable application results.
