摘  要:为解决带式输送机运行过程中普遍存在的空载、欠载运行问题及能耗浪费现象,对矿井煤炭运输系统及能耗情况进行分析,进而制定带式输送机节能优化控制策略及总体方案,设计了带式输送机PLC模糊控制系统,对系统功能进行设计,对硬件结构进行搭建,对组态软件进行研发,成功进行了节能改造及试验:以120 k W的双电机带式输送机为例,改造后每月可节省电费约1800元,年度可节约2.16万元,同时设备的机械磨损、管理维护费用显著减少,改造取得成功,具备一定的推广应用价值。In order to solve the no-load and under-load operation status and waste of energy consumption phenomenon commonly found in the operation process of belt conveyor,the coal transport system and energy consumption of the mine were analysed,and then the energy-saving optimization control strategy and overall scheme of belt conveyor were formulated,and the PLC fuzzy control system of the belt conveyor was designed,the function of the system was designed,the hardware structure was constructed,and the configuration software was developed,and the energy-saving transformation and test were successfully carried out:the 120 kwW dual-motor belt conveyor with two motors is used as the main control system.Energy-saving transformation and test:120 kW doublemotor belt conveyor,for example,after the transformation can save about 1,800 yuan per month,annual savings of 21,600 yuan,while the mechanical wear and tear of the equipment,management and maintenance costs are significantly reduced,the transformation has been a success,with a certain degree of popularisation and application value.
