摘 要:基于综采工作面传统乳化液配置用水处理装置采用手动制水以及滤芯清洗,自动化水平低、工序复杂、无法实时对装置工作状态进行监测等问题,长平煤矿通过技术研究,对综采工作面安装了一套乳化用水制水设备智能控制处理系统。该系统利用2台控制器对水处理装置进行控制,通过现场实际应用效果来看:该系统投入使用后提高了乳化用水制水、滤芯清洗自动化水平,实现了装置工作工况自动监测、设备全天候无人值守的目的,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the traditional emulsion configuration water treatment device in the working face of comprehensive mining,which adopts manual water production and filter cleaning,low automation level,complicated process,and unable to monitor the working status of the device in real time and other technical dificulties,Changping Coal Mine installed a set of emulsion water production equipment intelligent control processing system on the working face of the comprehensive mining through technological research,and the system uses two controllers to control the water treatment device,and the system is used to control the water treatment device,and it has been applied in the field.The system uses two controllers to control the water treatment device.Through the actual application effect on the site,the system has been put into use to improve the automation level of emulsified water production and cartridge cleaning,and realised the purpose of automatic monitoring of the device's working condition and unmanned equipment in all-weather,which has achieved remarkable application results.
