摘 要:针对目前煤矿井下综采控制技术落后,无法实现综采面智能化联动综采作业的问题,提出了一种新的煤矿井下智能化高效综采技术。对该控制系统中采煤机智能控制方案、液压支架跟机控制方案、液压支架运行状态视频监控系统、放顶煤智能放煤控制系统进行了分析。根据实际应用表明,新的控制系统能够将井下综采作业人员数量降低22.2%,将综采作业效率提升28.9%,极大提升了煤矿井下综采作业效率及自动化水平。Aiming at the current coal mine underground comprehensive mining control technology is backward,unable to realise the shortcomings of comprehensive mining face itelligent linkage comprehensive mining operation.A new coal mine underground itelligent and fficient integrated mining technology is proposed.The itelligent control scheme of coal mining machine,the control scheme of hydraulie bracket ollowing machine,the video monitoring system of hydraulic bracket operation status,and the iteligent coal discharge control systerm of top coal release are analysed in this control system.According to the practical application,the new control system can reduce the number of underground comprehensive mining operators by 22.2%and increase the fficiency of comprehensive mining operation by 28.9%,which greatly improves the eficieney of underground comprehensive mining operation in coal mines as well as the automation level.
