摘　　要：电力变压器的作用是通过电磁感应原理实现电压的变换,即将发电厂生产出的电能变换成符合电网输送要求的电能,或将输电网上的电能变换成符合用户使用要求的电能。其主要由铁芯、线圈、绝缘材料、油箱、油枕、调压装置及保护装置等构成。按照检修规定,电力变压器检修周期一般较长。在长时间运行中,因所处环境和本身负荷调整等因素的经常变化,会暴露出很多安全隐患。如果不按照规定和检修工艺进行维修与维护,不但会造成电力变压器使用寿命缩短,还会对设备、人身安全造成影响。现结合笔者多年的检修和维护工作经验,对油浸变压器及附件的检修进行论述和简介。The role of the power transformer is to realize the transformation of voltage through the principle of electromagnetic induction,that is,the power plant production of electric energy into power grid transmission requirements of electric energy,or the transmission network of electric energy into the user to meet the requirements of the use of electric energy.It is mainly composed of iron core,coil,insulation material,oil tank,oil pillow,voltage regulator and protection device.According to the maintenance regulations,power transformer maintenance cyele is generally longer.In a long time operation,due to the environment and its own load adjustment and other factors of frequent changes,it will expose a lot of safety hazards.If not in accordance with the provisions and overhaul process for repair and maintenance,will not only easily cause the service life of the power transformer is shortened,but also on the equipment,personal safety impact.Now combined with the author's many years of overhaul and maintenance work experience,the overhaul of oil-immersed transformers and accessories for the discussion and introduction.
