摘  要:基于某燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组汽轮机在供热状态下,负荷稳定期间出现高中压缸多个金属温度大幅变化,给机组运行安全及经济性带来负面影响的问题,结合汽轮机结构、运行状况、揭缸情况,判断高中压内缸隔热环与外缸的间隙变化、高中压缸间的定位密封面变化为引起汽轮机高中压缸金属温度变化的主要原因,为机组安全运行、经济性提供依据。Gas steam combined cycle units have the characteristics of fast start stop,high eficiency,and strong peak shaving,and have become the main peak shaving force in the current power grid.The steam turbine configured must have the characteristic of fast start,and measures such as full cycle steam inlet and sliding pressure operation are adopted in the design.During normal operation,the load of the steam turbine is determined by the exhaust temperature and exhaust volume of the gas turbine.The steam turbine of a certain gas steam combined cycle unit experienced significant changes in the temperature of multiple metals in the high and medium pressure cylinders during the stable load period,which had a negative impact on the operation safety and economy of the unit.Based on the structure,operation status,and cylinder uncovering of the steam turbine,it is determined that the changes in the gap between the insulation ring of the high and medium pressure inner cylinder and the outer cylinder,as well as the changes in the positioning and sealing surface between the high and medium pressure cylinders,are the main reasons for the metal temperature changes in the high and medium pressure cylinders of the steam turbine,providing a basis for the safety and economic operation of the unit.
