摘　　要：带式输送机发生输送事故的原因大多集中表现在机带的打滑、跑偏两方面,通过对带式输送机摩擦传动原理以及跑偏受力状态进行分析,从理论方面阐述带式输送机打滑、跑偏故障发生原因,并提出故障检测方法,以期此研究为相关行业提供技术参考。The causes of conveyor accidents in belt conveyor are mostly concentrated in the slipping and deflection of the belt.By analysing the principle of friction drive of belt conveyor and the deflection force state,we expound the causes of slipping and deflection faults of the belt conveyor equipment from the theoretical aspect and put forward the fault detection method,so as to provide technical references for the related industries.
