摘  要:矿井作业点粉尘不仅影响生产效率、恶化井下环境、影响作业人员身体健康,而且存在较大的安全风险(粉尘爆炸)。结合矿井采掘作业面粉尘治理需要,针对性提出粉尘治理技术方案,掘进巷道采用综掘机二次负压喷雾降尘+长压短抽方式治理粉尘;回采割煤采用煤层注水+采煤机喷降尘+湿式挡尘帘除尘+液压支架封闭控尘技术治理分层,并给出具体粉尘治理技术方案。现场应用后,井下回采巷道以及采面粉尘浓度大问题得以较好解决,有效改善了井下环境质量,为煤炭安全高效回采创造良好条件。Dust at the working face of mines not only affects the production efficiency,deteriorates the underground environment,and influences the health of the workers,but also has a greater safety risk(dust explosion).Combined with the mine mining operation face dust management needs,targeted dust management technology programme,digging roadway using synthesis excavator secondary negative pressure spray dust reduction+long pressure and short pumping way to manage dust;back to mining cut coal using coal seam water injection+coal mining machine spray dust reduction+wet dust curtain dust removal+hydraulic bracket closed dust control technology management stratification,and give specific dust management technology programme.Afer the field application,the underground mining roadway as well as the mining face dust concentration problem can be better solved,effectively improve the quality of the underground environment,and create good conditions for the safe and efficient mining of coal.
