摘  要:基于四侯煤矿3103回风顺槽过应力区时出现顶板破碎、煤帮垮落现象,造成巷道掘进后顶板出现冒漏,采用传统丝杠式临时支护效果差,支护强度低,无法对巷道全方位进行支护的问题,四侯煤矿通过技术研究,决定对应力破碎区采用一套具有挡矸护顶功能的可移式钢棚。通过实际应用效果来看,采用该支护后提高了破碎区顶板稳定性,控制了应力区围岩破碎现象,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the Sihou coal mine 3103 back to the wind tunnel over the stress area when the roof plate broken,coal gang collapse phenomenon,resulting in the roadway after digging the roof leakage,the use of the traditional screw-type temporary support effect is poor,low support strength,can not be all-round support of the roadway,Sihou mine through the technical research,decided to use a set of stress-broken area with the function of the gang gang top protection can be moved to a set of steel shed,through the application of the results Through the actual application effect,the support improves the stability of the roof plate in the crushed area,controls the crushing phenomenon of the surrounding rock in the stress area,and achieves remarkable application results.
