双臂钻机在巷道掘进探放水施工中的应用

摘　　要：基于2110运输平巷掘进工作面的具体地质及生产条件,选定使用ZDY-2型双臂钻机进行探放水钻孔施工,并对钻机构成方式、工作性能及钻孔布置方案、相关参数进行设计,成功进行了现场工程实践。结果表明,ZDY-2型双臂钻机很好地适应了现场条件,不仅结构简单、易操作、易维护,而且能够进行双钻孔同时施工,钻孔成孔率高,疏水性强,后期探放水作业效率提升近50%,巷道平均月进尺提升近20%,技术、经济效益显著。Based on the specific geological and production conditions of the working face of the 2110 transport tunnel,ZDY-2 double--arm diling rig was selected to carry out the water discharge dilling construction,and the composition,performance,dilling arrangement and related parameters were designed and sessfully put into practice in the field.The results show that ZDY-2 double--arm diling rig is well adapted to the site conditions,not only simple structure,easy to operate,easy to maintain,but also able to carry out simultaneous construction of double dilling holes,high dilling rate,strong hydrophobiceity,later water exploration and discharge operation fficiency increased by nearly 50%,the average monhly foage of the roadway increased by nearly 20%,the technical and economie benefits are significant.
