摘 要:文中开展了养护龄期、废旧料掺量对再生混凝土的力学强度、抗氯离子渗透系数及碳化深度影响的研究。结果表明,普通混凝土和再生混凝土的力学强度均与养护龄期成正相关关系;再生混凝土的抗拉压强度均低于普通混凝土,且其抗拉压强度与再生料掺量呈现负相关关系;再生混凝土的抗氯离子扩散系数与再生料掺量呈现正相关关系,抗渗透性开始变差;再生混凝土抗氯离子扩散系数随养护龄期的增加而降低;在文中测试条件下,其抗碳化性能与养护龄期呈正向相关关系,与废旧料掺量呈负向相关关系。The effects of curing age and waste material content on mechanical properties and durability of recycled concrete were studied in this paper.The results show that the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of ordinary concrete and recycled concrete are positively correlated with curing age.The tensile and compressive strength of recycled concrete is lower than that of ordinary concrete,and the tensile and compressive strength of recycled concrete decreases with the increase of recycled material content.With the increase of recycled aggregate content,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of recycled concrete increases and the permeability becomes worse.With the increase of curing age,the diffusion coefficient of chloride ion resistance gradually decreases,and the permeability resistance begins to increase.Under the water-cement ratio in this paper,the carbonization resistance of reclaimed concrete increases with the increase of curing age and the decrease of waste material content.
