摘 要:为对比分析掺入钢纤维前后无机聚合物轻骨料混凝土的弯拉性能,文中开展了不同钢纤维体积掺量对无机聚合物轻骨料混凝土弯拉强度及弯曲韧度指数的影响研究。结果表明:钢纤维体积掺量从0.5%、1.0%到1.5%,与无机聚合物轻骨料混凝土相比,层布式钢纤维混凝土弯拉强度分别提升了35.7%、45.2%及54.7%;层布式钢纤维混凝土弯拉韧性分别提升了15.9、20.5及27.8倍;无机聚合物轻骨料混凝土呈现为脆性破坏,层布式钢纤维无机聚合物轻骨料混凝土具有一定的韧性。In order to compare and analyze the flexural and tensile properties of inorganic polymer lightweight aggregate concrete before and after adding steel fiber,the effects of different steel fiber volumes on the flexural and tensile strength and flexural toughness index of inorganic polymer lightweight aggregate concrete were studied in this study.The results show that compared with inorganic polymer lightweight aggregate concrete,the flexural tensile strength of laminated steel fiber concrete increases by 35.7%,45.2%and 54.7%,respectively,when the volume content of steel fiber is from 0.5%,1.0%to 1.5%.The flexural toughness of laminated steel fiber reinforced concrete is increased by 15.9,20.5 and 27.8 times respectively.The inorganic polymer lightweight aggregate concrete shows britle failure,and the layered steel fiber inorganic polymer lightweight aggregate concrete has certain toughness.
