饰面清水混凝土工艺与质量控制分析

摘　　要：文中对清水混凝土工艺与质量控制方法进行分析,明确了添加剂、制备工艺和脱模方式三种典型工艺对清水混凝土质量的影响,并给出了最佳工艺参数。结果表明,15%左右浓度的粉煤灰能够提高清水混凝土强度和工作性能,且水泥裹石法和水性脱模剂脱模工艺能够保障清水混凝土施工工艺。This article analyzes the process and quality control methods of fair faced concrete,clarifies the impact of additives,preparation processes,and demolding methods on the quality of fair faced concrete,and provides the optimal process parameters.The results show that fly ash with a concentration of about 15%can improve the strength and workability of plain concrete in terms of additives,and the cement stone wrapping method and water-based release agent release process can ensure the construction process of plain concrete.
