摘 要:纳米碳氢燃料是由煤、水和少量添加剂经纳米化处理工艺制成的一种颗粒粒度为纳米级、具有较高表面活性的液态煤基特种燃料。本研究通过单液滴燃烧装置、雾化燃烧实验对纳米碳氢燃料和常规水煤浆的燃烧特性进行了研究,考察了着火温度、雾化燃烧特性的区别。结果表明:纳米碳氢燃料1000℃和800℃着火点分别降低了47.6℃和74.4℃,着火延迟时间较常规水煤浆缩短。纳米碳氢燃料燃烧过程的沿程O_(2)浓度比常规水煤浆的要低3%~-6%,燃尽率比常规水煤浆高20%左右。炉内沿程NOx浓度先逐渐增长,达到峰值后再稍有降低;纳米碳氢燃料归一化NOx排放比常规水煤浆更低。Nano-hydrocarbon fuel is a liquid coal based special fuel with a basic particle size of nanometers and high surface activity,which is made from coal,water,and a small amount of additives through advanced nano processing technology.This study investigated the combustion characteristics of nano-hydrocarbon fuel and conventional coal water slurry through a single droplet combustion device and atomization combustion experiments.The difference between nano-hydrocarbon fuel and normal coal water slurry on ignition temperature and atomization combustion characteristics were studied.The results show that the ignition points of nano-hydrocarbon fuel at 1000℃and 800℃have decreased by 47.6℃and 74.4℃,respectively,and the ignition delay time of nano-hydrocarbon fuel is shorter than that of conventional coal water slurry.The O_(2)concentration along the combustion process of nano-hydrocarbon fuel is 3%~6%lower than that of conventional coal water slurry,and the burnout rate of nano-hydrocarbon fuel is about 20%higher than that of conventional coal water slurry.The NOx concentration along the furnace gradually increases,reaches its peak,and then slightly decreases;The normalized NOx emissions of nano-hydrocarbon fuels are lower than those of conventional coal water slurry.
