摘 要:为降低卷烟烟气毒性,制备了蜂窝形电气石质陶瓷和炭陶,并加装于卷烟过滤嘴后。测试了加装蜂窝体后烟气中巴豆醛、苯酚等的数值,并与空白组进行了对比。结果表明,蜂窝形电气石质陶瓷和炭陶均能有效降低烟气中的巴豆醛、苯酚、NH_(3)和CO,降低率分别为100%、100%,74.97%、60.96%,100%、100%,99.36%、99.15%。分析了电气石质蜂窝体降低烟气毒性的机理,认为降解的原因系电气石产生的负离子攻击毒素和电气石的远红外辐射、静电极化共同作用的结果。In order to reduce the toxicity of cigarette smoke,honeycomb tourmaline pottery and carbon pottery were prepared and installed on the cigarette filter.The values of crotonaldehyde and phenol in flue gas after adding honeycomb were measured and compared with blank group.The results show that both honeycomb tourmaline pottery and carbon pottery can effectively reduce the content of crotonaldehyde,phenol,NH_(3)and CO in flue gas with the reduction rates of 100%,100%,74.97%,60.96%,100%,100%,99.36%,99.15%,respectively.The mechanism of reducing the toxicity of the tourmaline honeycomb is analyzed.It is believed that the degradation is the result of the joint action of the negative ion attack toxin produced by tourmaline and the adsorptive toxin of the porous material.
