摘  要:对比羟丙基甲基纤维素和羟乙基纤维素在皂基沐浴露里的增稠性能,并对陶氏各型号的羟丙基甲基纤维素在其的应用差异进行了对比,且对羟丙基甲基纤维素的用量进行了优化。结果显示:(1)在皂基沐浴露配方中,HPMC制成的样品粘度适宜,其泡沫丰富度、泡沫细密度和挑起流变性均优于HEC;(2)Methocel 40-0100,Methocel 40-0101,Methocel 40-0202在泡沫丰富度和泡沫细密度的表现差别不大,HPMC分子量越大,增稠效果越好,但产品流变性也随之变差;(3)在HPMC皂基沐浴露的体系中,粘度调节方便,可通过调节配方中的Na Cl、6501和AES的用量使得粘度有明显的提升;(4)HPMC的用量增加有利于配方粘度增加,但流变性变差,用量可控制在0.4%~0.8%较为合适。The thickening properties of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and hydroxy ethylcellulose in soap-based body wash were compared,and the difference in application of different models of Dow hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose was compared,and the dosage of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose was optimized.The results showed that:(1)In the soap-based body wash formula,the sample viscosity made by HPMC was suitable,and its foam richness,foam fine density and start-up rheology were better than HEC;(2)Methocel 40-0100,Methocel 40-0101,and Methocel 40-0202 showed little difference in foam richness and foam fine density.The higher HPMC molecular weight was,the better the thickening effect was,but the rheology of the product also deteriorated.(3)In the HPMC soap-based body wash system,the viscosity can be easily adjusted,and the viscosity can be significantly improved by adjusting the dosage of NaCl,6501 and AES in the formula;(4)The increase in the amount of HPMC is conducive to the increase of formula viscosity,but the rheological change is worse,and the amount can be controlled at 0.4%~0.8%is more appropriate.
